The Family Development Association in Hail (Wafaq) is a specialized association in the region under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, License No. (613). The association aims to serve families, address their issues, solve their problems, serve and support married couples, and provide beneficial programs for family members. The number of beneficiaries from the association's programs is approximately 5,000.

The association seeks to be a role model in the field of charitable work. It has developed strategic plans managed by a professional institutional approach.
